The method of fault diagnosis about the control system has enriched with the technological development of the big data.The development process of fault diagnosis is described from the perspective of classification on the basis of summarizing a large number of literatures.Fault diagnosis methods of the control system are summarized through the new classification.The advantages and disadvantages of the methods based on the analytical model,the experience knowledge and the data driven are analyzed contrastively.Finally,a summary and outlook are made.
